Debussy’s ethereal Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun opens the concert, followed in contrast by the riveting sounds of Mohammed Fairouz’ Violin Concerto “Al-Andalus”, as interpreted by the dynamic, world-class soloist, Chloe Hanslip, a brilliant violinist on the international stage.
