A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO

Dear northern Nevada music lovers and members of the Reno Phil:

The question we are hearing every day from you is: “Will there be a Reno Phil season next year?”

The short answer to that question is, yes, there will be a 2020-21 season at the Phil. We are already bringing extraordinary musical experiences to you with the #spreadjoy campaign, and we will continue to safely bring you music throughout the 2020-21 season, whether that is online or in person.

To the more specific question, “Will there be a season of concerts as planned at the Pioneer Center next year?” I do not have a clear answer.

Laura and myself, along with the board and staff of the Phil, are closely following the developments in the city and state, staying in close communication with our partners, and considering many different scenarios for concerts in the next year. As soon as we can safely produce live concerts again, we will do it. Meanwhile, we will provide you with updates as soon as they are available.

For those who have already purchased season tickets, when we have confirmed the performances that will take place in the 2020-21 season we will contact you with the options that we have available. For those that have not yet purchased and are concerned about securing your seat, we will delay the deadline to renew until we are certain we will be able to perform, and all current season subscribers will have the opportunity to secure their seats before we begin performances again.
With many unknowns ahead, we are renewing our commitment to all concertgoers and responding by adjusting our ticket policies for the coming concert season.

♦ We pledge to be flexible and empathetic, accommodating ticket exchanges, credits, and refunds should you be unable to safely attend an event.

♦ If an event needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, we will let you know as soon as possible, providing you with the choice of a ticket exchange, credit, donation, or refund.

♦ We remain committed to bringing the best in music to our stages, while keeping our audiences, artists, and staff safe.

I thank you for your ongoing support, and look forward to seeing you all at the Pioneer as soon as possible!
