A special thank you to this year’s preferred caterers. Please help us support those who support us. If you choose to use a different caterer, please note:
Your caterer must not leave their vehicle unattended when dropping off your order to the park. There is absolutely no cooking or catering allowed in the park. Food is to be brought in prepared and if you have a caterer bringing food to the park for your table, they can only drop it off–they are not permitted to set up a serving or prep station.
Is food available?
Yes, Rounds Bakery will be selling some beverages and food items within the park, benefiting the Reno Phil!
Can I bring outside food and beverage?
Yes, but please remember that NO GLASS is allowed in Rancho San Rafael–this includes food and beverage contains, as well as decor.
Attendees may pack in their own picnic dinner, choose their own caterer, or utilize one of our Partner Caterers and have their dinner delivered to the park:
This year, our Pops Partner Caterers are:
– Rounds Bakery: roundsbakery.com, 775-329-0800
– Savory/Famous Dave’s: catering@famousdaves-bbq.com

How do I get all my stuff into the park?
There will be a small loading/unloading zone in the ADA parking lot; however space is extremely limited so we recommend limiting your items!
