Pre-ordering is encouraged – call 775-329-0800 x2 to order. #KickTheCooler and help Fund the Phil! Order a la carte or pick a package for the party of the century and Rounds Bakery will donate 100% of the proceeds to the Reno Phil.

Catering Partners

A special thank you to this year’s preferred caterers. Please help us support those who support us. If you choose to use a different caterer, please note:

Your caterer must not leave their vehicle unattended when dropping off your order to the park. There is absolutely no cooking or catering allowed in the park. Food is to be brought in prepared and if you have a caterer bringing food to the park for your table, they can only drop it off–they are not permitted to set up a serving or prep station.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is a “GA Pod”?
GA “pods” are 6ft x 6ft square areas marked in the grass behind the tables. They DO NOT contain chairs or tables; you must bring your own chairs. A “pod” can fit up to four people. Pods will be assigned later, but by order date/time (much like our table assignments).

When will I get my tickets?
Wristbands will be mailed to attendees in late June (approximately 2 weeks prior to the event). Each attendee must register on our website in order to receive wristbands (all purchasers will receive a link and code to send to their guests).

How do I get all my stuff into the park?
There will be a small loading/unloading zone in the ADA parking lot; however space is extremely limited so we recommend limiting your items!

Can children come?
The music is appropriate for children, but the atmosphere tends to be more adult. Additionally, there are NO discounts for children. We recommend that children come to one of our free family concerts instead!

Is food available?
Yes, Rounds Bakery will be selling some beverages and food items within the park. However, most attendees usually bring their own picnic dinners (outside food and beverage is allowed, but NO GLASS—including food storage containers!)

Attendees may also utilize one of our Partner Caterers and have their dinner delivered to the park:

This year, our Pops Partner Caterers are:
– Rounds Bakery: roundsbakery.com, 775-329-0800
– Savory/Famous Dave’s: catering@famousdaves-bbq.com

NOTE: When dropping off your order to the park, your caterer will not be allowed to leave their vehicle unattended. There is absolutely no cooking or catering allowed in the park. Food is to be brought in prepared and if you have a caterer bringing food to the park for your table, they can only drop it off–they are not permitted to set up a serving or prep station.

Additional Information

LOCATION AND TIME

In 2021, the event and concert will take place in Rancho San Rafael Park in Reno. Rancho San Rafael is located at 1595 N Sierra St. The venue will be located near the Chinese Pagoda Pavilion.

To alleviate a bottleneck at the entrances, we will be assigning entry times to attendees (these will be included in your wristband packet in late June).

The concert starts at 8:00 p.m. and is roughly 2 hours long.

PARKING

There are several parking lots available within Rancho San Rafael park where guests can park.  More details on parking will be sent with wristband packets in late June.

There will also be a “drop-off” zone close to the venue entrance where attendees can drop-off guests, coolers, or décor.

ENTRY INTO RANCHO SAN RAFAEL

There will be two entrances to the venue: one directly north of the ADA parking lot and one at the northwest corner of the venue. A map will be included with your wristbands that will have these entrances marked.

Make sure you have your wristband ON! Security at the gates will be checking for wristbands.

Please note, there will be security pre-check stations prior to the wristband checks— NO GLASS is allowed in Rancho San Rafael!

WRISTBANDS

In order to receive a wristband, you must register for the event on our website prior to June 25, 2021. All sponsorship, table, and GA Pod purchasers will receive a follow-up email that will contain the link to the registration site as well as a unique code to be used by their guests.

Wristbands are mailed out in small packages with park information in late June, prior to the concert.

PLEASE PUT YOUR WRISTBAND ON PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PARK. Your ticket to enter the park is your wristband.
