SECTION VIOLIN & SECTION VIOLA

The Reno Philharmonic and Laura Jackson, Music Director, announce auditions for the Section Violin and Section Viola. Auditions will take place at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts in Reno, NV on Sunday, July 14, 2024 – 2pm. The Reno Philharmonic offers diverse programming to the Northern Nevada and Eastern California region. It performs 6 pairs of Classix subscription concerts, as well as Young People’s Concerts, and family and pops concerts. The Reno Philharmonic also supports four Youth Orchestras, places chamber groups in area public schools through its Discover Music program and and provides after school instruction in violin and cello in three title 1 Elementary Schools.
